Develop and execute client contract strategies, maintain strategic client relationships, intervene on major service issues, and align regional delivery to global Client Success strategy while mentoring staff and driving capability improvements.

Lead global accounts payable operations, overseeing invoice processing, payments, reconciliations, month-end close, controls, and vendor management. Manage a 32-person global AP team, drive AP strategy, process automation, compliance, audits, and cross-functional initiatives to improve efficiency and cost savings.

Manage in-life data center infrastructure projects across a regional cluster: define scope, plan and execute projects on time and budget, coordinate resources, manage stakeholders, assure quality, mitigate risks, maintain documentation, and uphold Zero Outage practices.

Manage and grow assigned enterprise accounts to drive new business, expansions, and renewals. Minimize churn and maximize retention while driving client satisfaction across the lifecycle. Generate demand, articulate NTT/Dimension Data solutions, coordinate vendors and internal teams, manage pipeline and forecasts, mentor junior managers, and ensure financial governance and compliance.

Support site selection and due diligence for greenfield, brownfield, retrofit, and expansion data center projects. Coordinate due diligence, gather and analyze utilities, zoning, and permitting data, assist with LOIs and purchase agreements, maintain real estate trackers, and liaise with property owners, utilities, AHJs, and internal stakeholders.

Manage in-life expansion projects across Southeast Asia, overseeing operational CAPEX planning, approvals, contracts, procurement, change management, and stakeholder communication to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and zero outage in mission-critical environments.
