The Executive Director leads Adjudication Data Services, aligning technology solutions with business goals, managing teams, budgets, and implementing innovative data solutions.

Define and execute onsite advertising product roadmap (display, Sponsored Products/Brands). Partner with engineering, ad ops, sales, and data science to optimize inventory, auction dynamics, targeting, and reporting. Use GAM, SQL/R/Python, and BI tools to track KPIs, run experiments, and drive monetization outcomes and ad performance.

Design, build, and operationalize scalable, secure Generative AI and LLM solutions across AWS and GCP. Lead architecture, implement RAG/vector search and agentic systems, optimize model lifecycle and compliance (HIPAA/Responsible AI), mentor engineers, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver production-grade AI services.

Lead and own the enterprise GCP platform, define landing zone and governance, set engineering standards, mentor the cloud team, implement IaC and CI/CD, build self-service platform capabilities, ensure networking, security, observability, and compliance, and drive platform roadmap and FinOps practices.

Lead enterprise data architecture and platform strategy across operational, analytical, and AI workloads. Define data models, contracts, governance, compliance (HIPAA/CCPA), and access controls. Standardize data tooling (lakes, warehouses, streaming), enable ML/LLM data pipelines and feature stores, and drive observability, quality, and reliability for shared data platforms. Partner with product, AI, security, and compliance teams to document, enforce, and onboard data standards and practices.

Lead the Cloud Engineering team, own AWS platform, set architectural direction, mentor engineers, ensure security and scalability, and promote automation through IaC.

Lead cross-functional healthcare strategy and product initiatives from ideation to delivery. Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis, build dashboards, conduct root-cause and deep-dive analytics, create executive presentations, and measure outcomes to drive innovation and process improvement.

Support IT FP&A by maintaining financial databases, processing journal entries, preparing reconciliations and reports, and assisting month-end close and forecasting. Work independently on analyses, identify issues, recommend corrective actions, and participate in special projects and ad hoc requests.

Deliver consultative sales presentations, coordinate quotes with underwriting, collaborate with SMEs, and support post-sale integration and open enrollment. Monitor market and competitive environment to position offerings and meet revenue and profit objectives.

Lead strategy and execution of FinOps products across cloud and enterprise platforms. Own cross-functional roadmaps, drive cloud cost visibility and optimization, align stakeholders, translate user insights into measurable outcomes, and build product frameworks and processes to improve prioritization and delivery.
