Own the Gamification product domain within Talon.One’s Campaign Manager platform and APIs. Conduct customer and market discovery, define product direction and feature specifications, collaborate with engineering and cross-functional teams, build stakeholder relationships, and track gamification metrics. Partner with Product, Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and Customer Success across distributed teams, translating complex technical capabilities—including AI and machine learning—into clear business value for retail and QSR markets.

Build and maintain documentation platform and tooling, author reference docs, integration guides, and tutorials, co-own the OpenAPI-to-reference pipeline, write scripts and CI jobs, improve docs automation, and collaborate with product engineers and writers to produce developer-focused, machine-readable documentation.

Lead and develop a regional Sales Engineering team for the Americas, provide hands-on pre-sales support for enterprise SaaS deals, define SE best practices, improve sales cycles, and partner with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to capture and document institutional knowledge.
