Design and verify board-level power solutions for radio, baseband, and network router products. Tasks include DCDC converter design (isolated and non-isolated), EMC and protection features, circuit simulation, loss and margin analysis, schematic and PCB layout guidance, testing with lab equipment, documentation, product maintenance, and root-cause analysis.

Provide day-to-day IT/Telecom service desk support: receive and document incidents and service requests in the ticketing system, triage and route tickets, meet SLAs, coordinate with internal teams, assist onboarding, document procedures, and work shifts as part of a 24/7 global support team.

Work with the Beijing Radio R&D team to design, develop, and implement AI models and algorithms for telecommunications projects. Gain hands-on experience with machine learning tools, contribute to real-world AI initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
