About the role
As Head of Analytics Taiwan & Hong Kong, you will lead the Networks analytics team and turn network and service-delivery data into actions that improve efficiency, customer outcomes and business performance.
You will connect telecom expertise with AI and automation, set the analytics agenda, strengthen team capability and scale insight-led ways of working across both markets. You report to the Head of Networks Taiwan & Hong Kong and join the Networks leadership team.
Key responsibilities
- Define the analytics strategy in line with Networks priorities, customer needs and Ericsson's transformation agenda.
- Lead, coach and develop analytics, data and automation professionals, fostering accountability, collaboration and innovation.
- Turn complex data into recommendations, executive insights and measurable actions.
- Drive practical adoption of AI, advanced analytics, automation and reusable data products across network and service-delivery processes.
- Establish governance for data quality, security, model risk, responsible AI and analytical-solution lifecycle.
- Partner with customers and internal stakeholders to improve network performance, resilience, customer experience and value realization.
- Prioritize scalable, explainable use cases; create common metrics and performance routines; and collaborate with regional and global teams.
- Communicate trade-offs to senior stakeholders and track impact through efficiency, quality, service performance, adoption and customer value.

Qualifications and experience
- Significant experience leading analytics, data, business intelligence, automation or transformation teams, preferably in telecom or complex service delivery.
- Strong understanding of mobile and/or fixed networks, service delivery, network performance or telecom customer environments.
- Experience applying AI, machine learning, advanced analytics or automation to operational or customer problems.
- Proven ability to lead established teams, develop talent and influence across organizational boundaries.
- Experience translating strategy into roadmaps and prioritizing use cases by value, feasibility, risk and adoption.
- Strong commercial orientation, data-governance knowledge, responsible-AI awareness and excellent communication skills.
- Professional fluency in English and ability to work with stakeholders in Taiwan and Hong Kong. Local-language capability is an advantage.
