Enable AI capabilities such as anomaly detection and automated root-cause analysis, establish data ownership, support SRE practices, and partner with operations on SLAs, risk assessments, compliance, and vulnerability management.

Define and translate antenna system architectures for active and passive antennas. Analyze antenna requirements and impacts, drive end-to-end RRU+antenna verification strategies, collaborate with design, radio systems and sales, and build organizational competence via presentations and workshops.
