As a Senior Antenna Technology Developer, you will lead R&D efforts to innovate antenna solutions, mentor peers, and drive technological advancements in the cellular communication industry.

Design and validate thermal solutions for high-volume radio products using CFD simulations and lab testing. Build CFD models, automate workflows with scripting, produce technical reports, support troubleshooting and cross-functional design optimizations, and contribute to global thermal practices and roadmap.

Lead technical pre-sales for a UK account, positioning Ericsson as a thought leader in NMS and RAN. Drive end-to-end solution design, customer engagements with CTO/CIO stakeholders, align portfolio roadmaps, support KAM and delivery teams, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver optimization, deployment, and managed services that improve network performance and cost efficiency.

Design and develop HPE Service Activator applications, integrating workflows, plugins, and custom Java nodes while troubleshooting and debugging issues. Requires Java, Oracle SQL, Unix, and understanding of ITIL processes.

Manage and implement integration services, define integration strategies, support presales, prepare and execute integration test cases, ensure OS/HW/SW/licenses/config data availability, diagnose issues, and drive process improvements for high-quality delivery.
