Develop and verify MINI-LINK features on Linux using C/C++. Participate in planning, bug fixing, troubleshooting, customer support, test specification and automation, unit tests, and continuous improvement within Agile CI teams.

Provide 24×7 operational support for telecom billing systems (BSCS), troubleshooting application/network/host issues, maintaining SLA targets, preparing SLA reports, and coordinating intra/inter-team issue resolution.

Coordinate and execute proactive/reactive maintenance, change implementations, and 2nd-level incident resolution for RAN services. Perform impact analysis, KPI/reporting design, problem investigation, supplier interaction, service fulfilment, and customer experience improvements to meet SLAs.

Work on CloudStudio platform: design, implement and maintain Kubernetes workloads, containerized development workspaces, IaC (YAML/Helm), CI/CD pipelines, observability, and support developer tooling. Collaborate with senior engineers, other developer services teams, resolve workspace issues, and contribute documentation and onboarding materials while learning platform engineering and security practices.

Support product development across requirements, system/architecture/hardware/software design, integration, simulation, tools design, PLM support, and documentation. Work includes CEE10 Design DGS tasks, SDI3 upgrade and integration, GDCE duties, knowledge sharing, and using cloud platforms (GCP, AWS).

As a DevSecOps Engineer, you will build and secure the COS platform, improve CI/CD pipelines, and ensure operational reliability through automated testing and monitoring.
