The Principal Electrical Engineer will lead hardware design and development for embedded systems, ensuring performance and reliability, while managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with various stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.

Lead country-level field marketing for APAC: develop local market intelligence, adapt messaging and campaigns, enable sales with localized assets, run demand-generation programs and events, track pipeline/ROMI, and maintain marketing plans, budgets and reporting to drive revenue and partner engagement.

Support in-service naval programs (AOPV, JSS, MWAV) by managing electrical defects, conducting technical investigations and load calculations, preparing work scopes and instructions, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors, and supporting engineering changes and margin management for ship systems.

Provide electrical technical support for AOPV and JSS vessels: investigate and resolve defects onboard or via documentation, liaise with OEMs and ship staff, develop work instructions and SOWs, manage service providers, support certification, assess obsolescence/alternate parts, and implement engineering changes and surveys.

Design and lead implementation of high-assurance cryptographic architectures, drive risk assessments and certification (e.g., Common Criteria, FIPS), produce end-to-end technical documentation, support pre-sales activities, and guide development and testing teams to deliver secure embedded solutions.

Provide financial oversight for bids and projects: validate bid commitments and gate reviews, prepare gate packs, price & cash sheets, and financial memos. Drive cost estimation, revenue recognition, and monthly Contract Status Reports with EAC analysis. Ensure governance with Legal/Commercial/Sales, monitor sales, margins, VoP claims, inventory, and debtors. Perform post-completion evaluations, audit support, ERP sales posting, reconciliations, variance analysis, and recommend corrective actions to protect revenue and cash flow through project closure.

Design and implement industrial automation layers and protocols (OPC UA, MQTT) for real-time machine data collection. Integrate IT/OT systems, collect/clean data from multiple sources, analyze trends and outliers, and build interactive dashboards and automated reports (Power BI, Grafana, OpenSearch). Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs, support predictive maintenance and OEE improvements, and present insights to management.

Design and develop RF and electronic systems (antennas, tuners, RF distribution, PCBs) for underwater defence products. Collaborate with architects, production and procurement, support bids, develop analogue design, simulation and test capabilities, and mentor less-experienced engineers while ensuring design-for-manufacture and process improvements.

Lead and grow multiple software engineering squads delivering naval Combat Management System features. Set technical vision, drive process and quality improvements, mentor 25+ engineers, champion agile practices, and coordinate with global stakeholders to ensure delivery and capability development.

Develop, validate, deploy, and support card personalization applications for banking/payment services. Collaborate with consultants, manage project tasks and documentation, resolve operational issues, and build tools/policies to improve personalization processes (pre-perso and full perso).
