Design, deploy, and operate hybrid Microsoft Azure infrastructure for a classified program. Architect landing zones, governance, IaC (Terraform/Ansible), migrations, security hardening (STIGs/CIS/RMF), monitoring, DR, cost optimization, and documentation while mentoring junior engineers and supporting ATO activities.

Produce and maintain clear technical documentation (manuals, SOPs, runbooks, design and as-built docs, ICDs, diagrams) for on-premises and cloud systems. Validate procedures hands-on, enforce documentation standards/version control, participate in design reviews and CCBs, and manage repositories (SharePoint/Confluence) for classified hybrid environments.

Provide technical design, deployment, and sustainment of secure, policy-compliant virtual infrastructure for government-directed operations. Tasks include configuring VPNs, proxies, remote access nodes, routing, DNS, monitoring, patching, troubleshooting, documentation, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to maintain operational availability and cybersecurity controls.

Administer and manage subcontracts for FAA T5 program: prepare RFPs, evaluate and negotiate proposals, issue and amend contracts, track payments and records, ensure flowdown compliance, perform closeouts, and liaise with subcontractors and procurement teams. Travel to subcontractor sites as needed.

Design, develop, optimize, and implement digital signal processing algorithms for communications, radar, imaging, and related applications. Implement algorithms in software/hardware (C/C++, Python, MATLAB), perform simulations, testing, debugging, and integration with larger systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, support prototyping through deployment, troubleshoot hardware/software integration and performance, and apply new DSP techniques to mission needs.

Provide MEP technical oversight for roads, tunnels and related infrastructure. Lead design reviews, technical assurance, constructability and commissioning of tunnel MEP systems. Coordinate multidisciplinary interfaces, manage MEP risks, review contractor submissions, support PMO reporting, stakeholder approvals, cost/schedule impacts, and mentor junior engineers.

Serve as a principal acquisition analyst for C3BM/C2BMC programs supporting MDS acquisition policy, develop and maintain Integrated Master Schedule, perform critical path and variance analyses, coordinate acquisition planning with stakeholders, produce schedule reports/metrics, and brief senior DoD officials while working on-site with the program office.
