Tasks include market research, preparing RFIs/RFQs/RFPs, coordinating tendering, supplier evaluation and negotiation, purchase orders and contract administration, supplier performance monitoring, procurement reporting, and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.

Perform integrated technical and investigative assessments of Air Force mission systems and critical infrastructure, conducting communications and cyber vulnerability assessments (networks, ICS, radio/wireless), executing pre-assessment, onsite assessment, and post-assessment activities, producing reports, and supporting mission assurance with up to 25% travel CONUS/OCONUS.

Coordinate and oversee on-site electrical/civil/mechanical engineering activities. Monitor progress, control budgets, resolve issues, ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations, and report project status to stakeholders.

Support execution of a large international U.S. Government contract by assisting Program and Task Order Managers with program reporting, document control, property management, travel processing, purchase requisitions, invoice review, subcontract SOWs, SharePoint management, and vendor interfacing to ensure timely delivery of contract deliverables.

Manage document flow for engineering projects: receive, register, track, scan, and distribute documents using Asite and office software. Ensure compliance with document control procedures, produce logs/transmittals/reports, expedite approvals, and support junior staff and clerical tasks.

Lead design, installation, and commissioning of piping, HVAC/ducting, and high-capacity pumping systems. Review engineering drawings, oversee construction, evaluate vendor bids, witness testing/commissioning, and coordinate with multi-discipline teams to ensure compliance with international codes and client standards.
