Lead senior systems engineer performing cybersecurity assessments and long-term vulnerability analyses for large-scale DoD systems. Verify and validate security requirements, incorporate resiliency and security engineering into acquisition documents, evaluate contractor proposals, and lead multidisciplinary teams. Develop and maintain data-centric P&IDs using SmartPlant P&ID or Autodesk Plant tools; enforce tagging, symbology, and data integrity; integrate with SPF/Vault/BIM 360; perform QA/QC, support interdisciplinary coordination, design reviews, HAZOPs, and train staff on the SmartPlant P&ID platform.
