Lead full‑lifecycle delivery of complex infrastructure projects (roads, bridges, utilities), managing scope, schedule, cost, quality, HSE, procurement, contractors, commissioning, stakeholder engagement, and multi‑disciplinary teams to ensure timely handover and compliance.

Manage project document control: enforce numbering/approval rules, maintain indexes and transmittals, expedite reviews and distributions, prepare and assemble technical documents, attend meetings for status updates, and support administrative coordination for engineering projects.

Support hydrologic and hydraulic (H&H) analysis and drainage design for major interstate projects. Prepare and review drainage reports, calculations, layouts, and plans. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, evaluate stormwater management/BMPs for NEPA compliance, assist responses to DOT/FHWA comments, and support quantity estimates and cost documentation while working in a hybrid office environment.

Lead development and oversight of real-time RF/DSP software for SIGINT/ELINT/EW systems, design and implement detection, classification, geolocation, and analytics pipelines, manage CI/CD and containerized deployments, review subordinate code, provide technical leadership, mentorship, and program support from prototyping through transition to operations.

Perform hydrologic and hydraulic (H&H) analysis and drainage design for major roadway projects. Prepare drainage reports, designs, and calculations to DOT/FHWA standards; coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, support environmental compliance, cost estimating, and responses to stakeholder review comments while working in a hybrid model.
