Perform quality control inspections and testing of mechanical systems, review drawings and specifications, monitor installation activities, identify and report non-conformances, recommend corrective actions, prepare QC documentation, ensure safety and code compliance, and provide technical guidance to project teams and contractors for successful project delivery.

Manage delivery of small-to-medium engineering projects: plan and control scope, schedule, cost, quality, budgets, invoicing, change orders, risk mitigation, stakeholder relations, staffing, and reporting; support business development and team development.

Lead drainage and stormwater design for transportation projects including H&H calculations, storm drain plans, culvert and detention design, and water quality BMP/LID. Mentor junior staff, manage tasks, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, implement QA/QC, interface with clients, and support proposals and business development for design-build and CM/GC projects.

Assist in geometric design of highways and roads, create cross sections, super-elevation diagrams, grading plans, and perform quantity takeoffs. Use design/CAD software, provide technical guidance to drafters and engineers, and support project deliverables.

Coordinate BIM workflows for civil infrastructure projects, develop LOD 400/500 models for handover and asset management, integrate 4D/5D data, manage Civil 3D and Revit models, perform clash detection, maintain CDE documentation, and provide BIM training and standards.

Manage roadway projects including oversight and review of technical deliverables, assigning and mentoring staff, leading client and subcontractor meetings, and developing/monitoring scope, schedule, and budget for TDOT projects.
