Support planning, monitoring, control, and reporting of project costs for airport/infrastructure projects. Maintain cost breakdown structures, track commitments, variations, forecasts, and EAC/ETC. Reconcile costs with Finance, assess variation impacts, support forecasting and contractor payment validation, integrate cost with schedule (EVM), and provide management reporting and risk mitigation.

Provide technical leadership, mentor staff, support precontract/business development, and implement systems engineering tools and processes.

Contribute to urban development and masterplanning projects by performing research, analysis, and design development; produce drawings, diagrams, reports and visual materials; prepare technical inputs across planning stages; ensure compliance with local planning policies; collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and participate in design reviews.

Perform roadway design tasks including drawings, specifications, calculations, material takeoffs, estimates, and construction documents; review supplier submittals; prepare requisitions; provide technical guidance to drafters and junior engineers on DOT projects.

Design stormwater drainage systems, SuDS and smart drainage solutions; perform hydrologic and hydraulic modelling, calculations, drawings and reports; coordinate with CAD/BIM teams; supervise junior engineers and apply value-engineering and water-sensitive design across project stages.

Develop and maintain BIM models for structural and infrastructure projects; ensure compliance with BIM standards and BEPs; perform clash detection and quality reviews; support CDE workflows and BIM deliverables; collaborate across disciplines; provide technical guidance to junior staff; and optimize BIM workflows and automation for efficient project delivery.
