Produce and maintain technical manuals, SOPs, runbooks, design documents, ICDs, and architecture diagrams for on-premises and cloud systems. Lead project risk planning, facilitate risk workshops, maintain and analyze risk registers, perform quantitative and qualitative risk analyses, recommend mitigations, produce executive reports, train staff on risk processes, coordinate risk software integrity, and support schedule and cost uncertainty assessments across project lifecycles.
