Job Description:
We are seeking a Reporting Manager with strong experience in digital project reporting and PMIS, to support major development programs in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
What You’ll Be Doing
Experience working with a Tier-1 PMC or Tier-1 Contractor.
Held roles such as Reporting Lead or Reporting Manager on major developments in KSA (e.g., giga projects, large infrastructure, mixed-use or master developments).
Solid background in PMIS (such as PMWeb or similar project management information systems).
Hands-on experience in digital reporting and dashboard development, preferably using Power BI.
Proven ability to consolidate data from multiple projects or work packages into cohesive program-level reports and dashboards.
Good understanding of project controls (schedule, cost, risk, issues, HSE, quality) and how these feed into management reporting.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to present complex information clearly to senior stakeholders.
Ability to work closely with PMO, Project Directors, planners, cost controllers, and other functional leads to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
What Required Skills You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Analytics, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
Professional certifications preferred:PMP, PMI-SP, or equivalent (Project Management)
Relevant BI/analytics certifications (e.g., Microsoft Power BI certification).

Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or related field from a Western University
- 15 years of experience in a projects oriented environment performing Risk Management
- Experience with risk planning, workshop facilitation, risk mitigation and risk analysis
- Experience using Oracle/Primavera Risk Assessment or similar risk analysis applications
- Experience scheduling project activities using Microsoft Projects, Primavera Project Planner, or similar programs
- Proven ability to perform in a management capacity
- Excellent English written and oral communication skills
- In-depth knowledge of industry practices and regulations
