Requires knowledge of industrial piping, instrumentation, welding, fire protection codes, thermodynamics, fluid dynamics, mechanics, AutoCAD, and Excel programming.

Develops and implements plant and manufacturing process improvements using Lean techniques, MRP II, process analysis, statistical methods, and cost analysis. Coordinates cross-functional implementation plans, production workflows, equipment layouts, quality objectives, labor standards, and efficiency initiatives. Works closely with manufacturing personnel, management, vendors, and clients to resolve production issues, improve utilization, reduce costs, and enhance product reliability.

Design, develop, test, and maintain ETL solutions and data warehouse structures using SSIS and SQL Server. Build and support SSAS models, optimize ETL performance, ensure data quality, partner with stakeholders, and produce technical documentation to support BI and reporting initiatives.

Provides corporate accounting and financial reporting support through general ledger maintenance, journal entries, account reconciliations, month-end and year-end close activities, variance analysis, audit preparation, and financial data analysis. The role also supports internal and external projects, maintains ledger accuracy under GAAP, and collaborates with sales staff, customers, vendors, peers, and management.

Prepares complete electrical drawing packages using AutoCAD Electrical, maintains documentation and database changes, develops final drawings and supporting technical information, and performs mechanical layout work supporting electrical design. The role interfaces with internal teams, customers, agents, and vendors on technical issues, modifies documentation systems, and applies established standards to equipment layouts.

Leads the technical publications function across multiple product lines, establishing documentation standards, governance, content architecture, terminology, and publishing workflows. Manages installation, operation, maintenance, and service documentation using DITA-based structured authoring and a CCMS. Partners with engineering and other teams to create accurate technical content, manage priorities and resources, and improve documentation quality, efficiency, and scalability.
