Lead global New Product Development (NPD) projects for chiller products, create and execute project plans and technical roadmaps, manage cross-functional teams, track risks and schedules, validate designs, coordinate marketing, design centers, factories, supply chain and sales to deliver high-quality products on time.

Design and document building automation hardware and software (DDC) for HVAC systems. Produce installation/submittal/as-built drawings, advanced sequences, O&M manuals, cost estimates, and support commissioning, wiring, programming, and transition to service while liaising with project teams and customers.

Design and develop SAP Embedded Analytics solutions: create and optimize ABAP CDS views and HANA calculation views/procedures, build analytical queries and S/4HANA dashboards, collaborate with business teams to gather requirements, troubleshoot data/performance issues, and ensure data governance. Tableau and cloud analytics experience are advantageous.

Manage service project setup through completion including scheduling, documentation, cost validation, invoicing, purchase order reconciliation, status monitoring, customer communication, and project closeout while coordinating with service managers, field technicians, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.

Drive air-side HVAC product sales by uncovering customer needs, coordinating with technical support to deliver customized solutions, tracking market and competitor activity, expanding market coverage, following company sales processes, achieving sales and profit targets, managing contracts and collections, and collecting market feedback to improve products and customer experience.

Design, develop, and maintain air conditioning products including 3D models, 2D drawings, BOMs, and engineering deliverables. Lead VAVE and quality improvement projects, support prototypes and verification builds, conduct cost analyses, and research new technologies while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Lead engineering, administration, and optimization of Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace across a global enterprise. Manage core services, identity sync, user lifecycle, governance, security, and coexistence issues. Build automation and reporting (PowerShell, Graph API, Google Admin SDK), provide Tier 2/3 escalations, support integrations, and maintain documentation, compliance, and operational runbooks to ensure reliable, secure, and efficient collaboration platforms.

Provide mechanical design support for HVAC and refrigeration product development. Own sheet metal, plastic, and tubing part designs; create drawings, DFMEA, and PLM documentation; support VAVE, reverse engineering, BOM/change notices, and cross-functional project reviews to meet QDC targets.

Visit customer sites to audit HVAC systems, identify outdated equipment and energy-saving opportunities, tag installed base for AI-readiness, explain upgrade needs to facility stakeholders, coordinate pricing and fulfillment, and follow up to secure orders.
