Where is the work:
On-Site (5 days)You will be responsible to drive the modernization of our installed base. In this role, you will be the visiting client sites to identify aging HVAC system infrastructure and proposing new system upgrades. Your goal is to transition our clients from legacy offline systems to cloud-connected assets that unlock massive energy savings and AI-driven performance.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct site visits to existing customer facilities to audit their current systems and HVAC assets.
- Identify outdated system and energy saving opportunities
- Maintain a detailed database of the installed base, tagging sites that are "AI-Ready" vs. those requiring hardware retrofits.
- Explain the technical necessity of these upgrades to Facility Managers/Clients/Consultants.
- Coordinate with the fulfilment team to ensure accurate pricing for installation labour and cabling.
- Follow up to secure the orders
Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical engineering or its equivalent
- Min 3 years related experience in HVAC/ Industrial engineering product/Construction sector
- Strong communication skills. Comfortable speaking with facility managers and technicians.
- Must possess a valid driving license and be willing to travel frequently to client sites.
