Lead and deliver HVAC/BAS controls projects: manage financials, schedules, subcontractors, change orders, contract risk, customer satisfaction, project administration, and cross-functional teams.

Lead development and implementation of complex control algorithm models (Matlab/Simulink) for HVAC, electrification, and power electronics. Perform transient analysis, MIL/HIL simulation, auto-code generation, partner across teams, evaluate new technologies, drive system-level optimization, mentor team members, and contribute to technology roadmaps and externally funded projects.

Sell Air Handling Unit (AHU) solutions by assessing customer needs, preparing quotations and forecasts, building customer relationships and databases, meeting sales targets, and collaborating with regional colleagues to grow AHU market presence. Frequent travel and attendance at sales/technical meetings required.

Lead and mentor a Contracting Controls team to ensure timely project delivery, process compliance, and continuous improvement. Partner with regional leadership on business planning, financial reporting, resource allocation, and hiring/onboarding. Drive lean initiatives, establish standard work and audits, resolve escalated customer and administrative issues, and build cross-functional relationships across sales, service, equipment, and leadership to improve operational performance and customer satisfaction.

Drive long-term customer relationships and solution sales for commercial HVAC systems. Manage project take-off, proposal pricing, equipment-controls integration, convert leads, coordinate sales teams, and provide technical consultation to optimize building energy performance.

Provide plant-level quality engineering support: maintain QMS procedures, investigate root causes, drive corrective/preventive actions, support MRB/NCM processes, deliver KPI/trend analysis, and enable continuous improvement in a manufacturing environment.

Manage financials, schedules, contracts, subcontractors, and customer satisfaction for HVAC/Building Automation controls projects. Lead cross‑functional teams, mitigate risk, administer project documentation, and drive change order and compliance processes.

Lead strategic, financially-driven energy services sales within Canada, develop and qualify new opportunities, build long-term customer relationships across MUSH and other verticals, structure complex deals, and communicate financial and sustainability benefits of comprehensive building solutions.
