Duties include network analysis, tuning, DISA STIG remediation, troubleshooting, documentation, briefings, and optimizing enterprise network stability and security across multiple vendors and OS platforms.

Remote Microsoft Dynamics Developer to design, develop, and integrate Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions. Customize CRM (plugins, business rules, forms), build Power Apps Portals and Dataverse models, create Power Automate flows, implement Azure-based integrations and authentication, use middleware for third-party integrations, enable CI/CD with Azure DevOps, and ensure compliance with architecture and agency standards.

Provide first-line help desk support for NIH NIAID enterprise applications and related hardware/software (PC/Mac, printers, email, directories, desktop apps). Triage, track, and resolve requests via phone, email, web, and in-person; maintain knowledge base, support cloud-related migration/modernization, and establish support tiers and protocols.
