Support CISA mobility projects as a Senior Business Analyst: gather and translate business requirements into user stories, define to‑be processes, maintain product backlog and roadmap, collaborate with architects and developers, participate in sprint planning, demos, UAT, and training to ensure mobility/MDM solutions meet stakeholder needs.

Lead end-to-end design, requirements, and delivery of AI-enabled platforms. Translate stakeholder needs into functional and technical requirements, manage product backlog and agile teams, integrate AI models and cloud/COTS solutions, coordinate UAT and incident response, and oversee operations, maintenance, and release cycles to ensure security, scalability, and user adoption.

Support, design, deploy, and maintain DoD Mission Partner Enclave physical and virtual infrastructure. Administer VMware/Hyper-V/VDI, enforce DISA STIG compliance, perform security assessments, backups, testing, incident response, documentation, and provide technical support and knowledge transfer. Travel to data centers as needed.
