Design, analyze, and test high-reliability high-power AC-DC and DC-DC converters and power subsystems for aerospace and defense. Perform analog and digital circuit design, computer-aided modeling, characterization, documentation, manufacturing support, and proposal technical support while coordinating with customers and suppliers.

Lead and improve the Quality Management System; manage PFMEA, control plans, CAPA, PPAP, and FAI; drive root-cause investigations, supplier quality, inspection standards, and quality metric improvements while supporting ISO and cross-functional teams.

Create and maintain 3D models and 2D drawings using SolidWorks and AutoCAD, apply GD&T, manage engineering documents in SAP/ECTR, support ECN workflows, coordinate cross-functional approvals, and troubleshoot document control systems.

Manage and grow distributor/channel relationships in the assigned western region. Develop market research, channel strategies, and sales analyses; coordinate with sales, engineering, and leadership; present performance assessments and implement short- and long-term plans to increase market share. Travel as needed.

Design and develop electromechanical control valves and integrated control systems for HVAC. Support NPD and VE projects, create concept designs, develop control logic, participate in testing and DFMEA/DFM reviews, engage customers and sales for requirements, and manage project files through stage-gate processes.
