RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
- Develop, maintain, and improve the Quality Management System (QMS)
- Lead quality system tools: Process Flow, PFMEA, Control Plans, Work Instructions, MSA
- Lead CAPA processes and ensure timely closure
- Support ISO and third-party certification activities
- Support PPAP and First Article Inspection (FAI)
- Develop inspection and testing standards
- Lead root cause investigations and corrective actions
- Support supplier quality and performance monitoring
- Analyze quality metrics and drive improvements
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering and operations
- Travel to customer and supplier sites as needed
- Other duties as assigned
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
- 2–3 years of manufacturing or quality experience
- Strong root cause and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read engineering drawings
- Strong data analysis skills
- Effective communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in assembly or machining environments
- ISO 9001 / AITF 16949 certification experience
- Experience with PPAP, FAI, CAPA
- Lean or Continuous Improvement experience
- Supplier quality experience
- Power BI, Minitab, or advanced analytics tools
