Key Responsibilities:

Service Delivery & Customer Focus

  • Own incident management and issue resolution at the site with a strong emphasis on customer service, SLAs, and business continuity.
  • Collaborate with business users to track, prioritize, and resolve requests using Jira or equivalent ticketing tools.
  • Demonstrate clear, effective communication with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Security, Compliance & Risk Management

  • Accountable for IT compliance at the site, including SOX controls, infrastructure, and ERP-related controls.
  • Perform regular audits, reporting, access reviews, and remediation activities in alignment with corporate requirements.
  • Identify, escalate, and remediate IT security vulnerabilities in partnership with Corporate IT and Cybersecurity teams.
  • Drive ongoing security awareness and training initiatives for site personnel.

Infrastructure, Resiliency & Asset Management

  • Lead site disaster recovery, backup, and contingency planning to minimize unplanned downtime.
  • Monitor daily backups of critical systems; coordinate semi-annual testing and data verification.
  • Maintain software license compliance through structured audits and coordination with the Global IT team.
  • Create and maintain robust, secure IT asset management processes and documentation.

Project & Continuous Improvement Leadership

  • Own execution of site-level IT projects using structured waterfall and/or agile methodologies.
  • Define project scope, timelines, resources, budgets, and success metrics.
  • Prepare and present clear status updates and improvement roadmaps to executive leadership.
  • Drive lean process improvements in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Develop and maintain standard work documentation for IT processes, controls, and operating procedures.
  • Follow ITIL-based service management best practices across support and administration activities.

Operational Excellence & Site Leadership

  • Lead IT infrastructure, networking, and systems operations with a strong focus on reliability, performance, and operational visibility.
  • Serve as the trusted IT advisor to site leadership, aligning solutions with global IT standards and business priorities.
  • Actively participate in daily operations meetings as the primary IT contact.
  • Apply a “Go to Gemba” mindset to understand how technology supports real operational workflows.
