Lead global network security operations and projects, managing enterprise firewalls, segmentation, SD-WAN, SASE, ZTNA and NAC. Evaluate risks, ensure secure configurations, support incident response, modernize cloud/SaaS controls, collaborate with distributed IT teams, provide mentoring, and deliver security reporting and metrics.

Develop, maintain and debug PC-based software, firmware and electronic solutions for pressure sensing instrumentation; produce documentation; perform fault-finding diagnostics; and support manufacturing sites.

Perform offensive security testing and exploit development across enterprise systems, apps, and networks. Design, execute, and document unit, integration, HIL/PIL, and system tests for DO‑178C Level A embedded software. Ensure traceability to requirements, perform debugging and defect reporting, support structural coverage (MC/DC), and produce certification evidence aligned with DO‑178C/DO‑330 and AS9100.

Lead and evolve a global SOC and incident response program: manage distributed analysts, run high-severity incidents as incident commander, improve detection across endpoint/network/cloud/SaaS/identity, implement SIEM/SOAR automation and AI-assisted workflows, maintain playbooks, KPIs, and executive reporting, and partner with Legal/Privacy/IT for readiness and continuous improvement.

Lead regional product line strategy and execution in Europe, including market analysis, new product development, pricing, manufacturing and sourcing strategies. Drive brand, marketing, sales support, training, and launch project management to grow business and profitability for engineered Saunders products.

Support monthly financial review and variance analysis, prepare forecasts, budgets, and HFM-based reports, assist senior presentations, improve templates and processes, and partner with finance and operations to drive productivity and operational excellence.

Prepare and review consolidated federal income tax returns (including Schedule M-3 and Forms 1120), calculate quarterly and year-end ASC-740 tax provisions, assist with state tax returns and apportionment, manage estimated tax payments, support audits, and contribute to tax planning and special projects while coordinating with business units and Treasury.

Design and verify mechanical components and systems for sensors used in harsh environments. Collaborate with product, quality, and manufacturing teams, apply DFSS/DFM, support New Product Development, coordinate project tasks, and engage in technical discussions with customers.
