Advise clients on usage-based pricing, quote-to-cash, and pricing strategy. Design integrations with CRM, CPQ, payment, tax, ERP, billing, and analytics systems. Partner with implementation teams and R&D, manage risks, advocate for customer needs, and build scalable GTM processes and playbooks.

Develops and maintains capacity planning models for support or risk operations, forecasts resource needs, evaluates planning risks, monitors utilization and capacity performance, automates reporting using SQL databases, collaborates with vendors and stakeholders, and communicates recommendations to senior leadership.

Lead Stripe’s APAC relationships with strategic payment advisory firms. Build scalable partner engagement programs, develop thought leadership and enablement, coordinate internal experts, define success metrics and incentives, and present Stripe payment solutions. Drive inclusion in relevant RFPs and consideration sets, execute partner business reviews, develop commercial opportunities, and achieve business development targets through advisor partnerships.

Drive go-to-market strategy and execution for payments products, including product launches, audience segmentation, customer insights, messaging, positioning, pricing and packaging input, thought leadership content, and sales enablement. Partner cross-functionally with product, partnerships, sales, and marketing teams to increase product awareness, demand, and adoption.

Lead a team of enterprise platform account executives, drive revenue growth, expand Stripe’s global SaaS platform footprint, and manage strategic opportunities.
