Own support ticket triage and routing, maintain data quality across Pylon, Slack, HubSpot, and related systems, create runbooks, improve support workflows, and coordinate escalations with Sales, Engineering, Product, Account Management, and Solutions teams. The role improves Developer Success efficiency and customer responsiveness through scalable internal processes and strong operational execution.

Embed with product teams to advise on compliance and financial-crimes risk, lead product governance, conduct product risk assessments, document and track regulatory requirements, support tooling and reporting, liaise with regional compliance officers, and leverage AI/agentic tools to scale compliance enablement.

As a Solutions Architect, engage with enterprise customers to understand their technical needs, lead solution discussions, create technical content, and advocate for customers within Stripe, leveraging extensive technical knowledge and experience in pre-sales roles.

Define and execute strategic financial-partnership strategies for Bridge and Stripe’s stablecoin products. Own relationships with banks, exchanges, asset managers, liquidity providers, and ecosystem partners across markets. Lead sourcing, evaluation, structuring, negotiation, launch, expansion, and performance management of complex partnerships. Align senior stakeholders across Product, Treasury, Legal, Compliance, Risk, Operations, Finance, Engineering, and go-to-market teams while balancing commercial, technical, operational, regulatory, and strategic priorities.

Drive enterprise sales opportunities for Stripe’s data products as a technical subject matter expert. Architect data warehouse, pipeline, reporting, reconciliation, BI, and ERP integrations; conduct customer discovery; develop reference architectures and reusable enablement assets; resolve complex technical escalations; influence product priorities and roadmap; support forecasts, marketing events, and executive relationships. Partner closely with sales, presales, product, and engineering teams to grow pipeline and revenue.
