Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for Stripe’s mobile app, making it indispensable to startup founders and business owners. Responsibilities include understanding user needs, identifying mobile opportunities, prioritizing product investments, crafting high-quality experiences, coordinating mobile development across the organization, and partnering with go-to-market teams to improve discoverability and adoption.

Own end-to-end marketing operations for EMEA in-person and online events, including campaign intake, audience segmentation, registration, email execution, attendance tracking, lead routing, data governance, reporting, and sales follow-up. Partner with Field Marketing, Demand Generation, Marketing Technology, and Sales to manage timelines, risks, performance metrics, and scalable operating procedures. Lead Stripe’s engineering team responsible for Requirements Management APIs and infrastructure supporting risk requirements across onboarding, monitoring, and regulated financial products. The role requires strong technical judgment, operational rigor, and autonomous organizational leadership.

Provide technical leadership for Stripe’s support products by setting architecture and long-term technical strategy, designing and operating reliable distributed systems, writing and reviewing code, mentoring engineers, improving engineering standards, and partnering with product and engineering leaders. The role focuses on scalable support experiences, internal tooling, user-facing interfaces, and AI-assisted support workflows.

Lead high-priority competitive and go-to-market programs from strategy through execution. Build scalable competitive-program infrastructure, operating cadences, playbooks, escalation mechanisms, and executive reporting. Coordinate cross-functional teams across Product, Sales, Marketing, Pricing, Legal, Risk, Finance, and Operations to translate market and deal signals into actionable decisions. Manage ambiguity, align senior stakeholders, track outcomes, and drive organizational change across global programs.

Manage and expand a portfolio of existing SaaS platform accounts across Europe. Build account plans, retain clients, identify expansion opportunities, guide complex technical evaluations, increase product adoption, and develop executive relationships. Collaborate with Product, Risk, Operations, and other teams to activate solutions, improve efficiency, and support Stripe’s go-to-market and renewals objectives.

Build trusted relationships with mid-market and enterprise executives, understand business and technical objectives, and architect Stripe payment, SaaS, banking, and network solutions. Responsibilities include delivering demos, responding to RFPs, securing technical wins, advising on business value and execution strategy, collaborating with product, marketing, partners, and professional services, and supporting customer activations. Approximately 25% travel is required.

Design and deliver technical solutions for customers across SEA, Korea, and India. Partner with sales and engineering to architect integrations, provide technical guidance, and support implementation and pre-sales activities.

Lead Money Management demand generation across the Americas by setting regional strategy, developing multi-channel campaigns, allocating budgets, building pipeline, and improving funnel performance. Partner with global campaigns, sales, sales development, product marketing, events, and sales operations. Own revenue and marketing metrics, optimize channel effectiveness, develop regional activations, shape MarTech and lead-management capabilities, and create scalable programs for Stripe’s Money Management products.

Perform outbound and inbound outreach to generate a predictable pipeline, book meetings, qualify prospects, hand off opportunities to sales, maintain Salesforce records, collaborate with Marketing and Sales, and complete the Sales Development Associate training program.
