About the teamAMER Product Demand Generation is a team of marketers that drive strategies to engage prospects and customers, generating demand for Stripe's priority products in the Americas. We partner closely with Campaigns, Product Marketing, Sales Development, and Sales to bring full-funnel campaigns to life and optimize performance and business impact.
We’re looking for an experienced marketer to lead Money Management marketing across the US, Canada, and Latin America. Money Management brings together products that help businesses hold funds, move money globally, create and manage cards, and access financing. You’ll set the regional strategy and turn it into programs that build demand, grow pipeline, and help increase market share in partnership with teams across Stripe’s go-to-market organization. You’ll also help Stripe strengthen its approach to marketing Money Management and evolve demand generation for this high-priority area for Stripe. Money Management is still in an early stage of its marketing journey, with a strong opportunity to shape the strategy, build the programs that bring it to market, and establish how we create demand across the region.
What you’ll doThis role will have a meaningful impact across Stripe’s go-to-market organization. Money Management is a rapidly growing, high-priority product and an important part of Stripe’s strategy.
You’ll build and improve the engine that reaches key decision-makers and create a consistent experience across customer journeys, channels, and campaigns. You’ll set regional priorities, allocate budget across channels, and connect global campaign strategy with regional execution for Money Management.
Responsibilities- Lead regional multi-channel strategy for Money Management marketing campaigns that drive demand. Channels can include paid media, content syndication, digital events, account based marketing (ABM), etc.
- Build region-specific marketing activations with channel leads to unlock local opportunities for Money Management audiences
- Build a cross-GTM coalition including Global Campaigns, Events, Product Sales, Sales Development, and Sales Operations to jointly grow the Money Management pipeline
- Own key business and revenue metrics for Money Management across the sales funnel — investigating conversion, channel mix effectiveness, and pipeline health
- Partner cross-functionally to define regional requirements as Stripe refines marketing capabilities, MarTech stack, and lead management for scaled motions
- Identify innovative new ways to reach and engage the Money Management audience — there is broad leeway in this role to pursue creative marketing ideas
- Be a thought leader representing the Americas as Stripe grows its Money Management go-to-market across campaigns and broader strategy

Minimum requirements- 5+ years of experience running scaled digital demand generation programs (e.g., demand generation, growth marketing, or regional marketing)
- Experience with GTM direct ownership of an audience or product segment at a B2B company
- Demonstrated experience building multi-channel demand generation strategies and owning integrated digital activations across paid media, content marketing, email marketing
- Proven experience assessing business health and managing marketing performance metrics. You can turn go-to-market data on lead generation, funnel conversion, pipeline progress, and channel performance into clear insights and actions.
- Strong organization and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple complex programs simultaneously
- Proven experience building and delivering programs with partners across Sales, Sales Development, Product Marketing, Content, and Event Marketing. Be prepared to discuss programs you owned directly.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity: The ability to build, adapt, and maintain positive momentum is key for this role
- Fluency with AI including leveraging native AI tooling and integrating LLM / agentic capabilities into everyday work
- Experience building and scaling net new programs with an eye toward repeatability and efficiency. You’ve built 0 to 1 and have scaled from 1 to 10
- Event or field marketing experience or exposure (prior event ownership not required)
