Serve as a technical pre-sales leader, driving cross-functional campaigns that match Cadence digital design and EDA solutions to customer needs. Build relationships with customer engineering and leadership, influence buying decisions, manage complex technical projects, and support multi-million-dollar sales through technical expertise across the RTL-to-GDSII flow and AI/ML optimization methods.

Develop and extend UVM-based functional verification environments, add features, ensure customer configurations pass regressions, support customers, maintain functional and code coverage, and ensure designs meet technical and quality metrics. Focus includes memory controller verification and protocols like DDR/LPDDR/AXI/CHI-E.

Develop and maintain EDA flows and automation for physical ASIC implementation. Optimize PPA for IP cores across advanced foundries, manage regression infrastructure, perform digital implementation with Cadence tools, and create scripts (Python/Tcl/AI) to reduce design turnaround and debug synthesis/LEC issues.

Lead customer technical engagement for Digital/Custom/Analog/RF design flows (Innovus, Virtuoso), drive adoption of advanced layout and AI-driven automation, translate customer needs to R&D, and expand Cadence Custom IC footprint while supporting executive-level discussions and methodology definition.

Provide primary customer and account support for Cadences Palladium Cloud. Manage network and compute configurations, design resilient compute architectures, develop automation/AI tools, perform expert troubleshooting, capacity planning, and manage services like LDAP, Proxmux, and imaging to ensure scalable, fault-tolerant HPC/cloud deployments.

Provide administrative support to HR leadership: manage complex calendars across time zones, coordinate domestic and international travel, organize events and meetings, prepare expense reports and purchase requisitions, support special projects, and handle confidential communications while building cross-functional relationships.

Develop and implement firmware for high-speed SERDES PHYs across architecture, verification, post-silicon validation, and customer deployment. Build prototype control software for adaptation, equalization, and control algorithms, debug firmware with verification and validation teams, support electrical/system characterization, and provide field hot fixes alongside product engineering.

Develop and validate new solutions for Jasper formal verification tool. Collaborate on formal engines, HDL synthesis, graph modeling, and related challenges. Work with team members to push verification technology boundaries and support growth.

Provide technical support and guidance to customers deploying Cadence hardware emulation and prototyping products (Palladium, Protium). Diagnose and resolve verification issues, recommend methodologies and tools, and collaborate with global teams to enable customer success in RTL/SoC verification.

Technical lead for Celsius EC responsible for customer-facing simulation guidance, demonstrations, training, reference models, validation studies, technical content, escalated support, and collaborating with engineering to drive product adoption and requirements.
