Own full-cycle recruiting for go-to-market roles across the Americas, including sourcing strategy, talent mapping, candidate engagement, hiring-manager partnership, structured evaluations, pipeline management, offer coordination, and onboarding support. Use recruiting metrics to improve hiring velocity and pipeline health while maintaining accurate ATS records and continuously refining hiring workflows.

Designs and manages strategic partner programs, including joint go-to-market, co-selling, marketplace, certification, and enablement initiatives. Owns end-to-end execution, coordinates internal and external stakeholders, tracks milestones, and establishes dashboards, reporting, processes, and operating cadences. Translates partnership strategy into measurable programs and maintains leadership visibility into partner status, priorities, and results.

Leads technical pre-sales and partner enablement for DevRev’s SaaS platform. Responsibilities include discovery, solution architecture, demos, proofs of concept, technical proposals, workshops, certifications, roadmap alignment, QBRs, co-selling, and partner relationship development. The role also builds technical partner communities, supports co-marketing, identifies expansion opportunities, and translates partner business needs into AI-driven solutions. Extensive travel and collaboration with Sales, Product, GTM, support, and field engineering teams are required.

Own enterprise AI engagements from discovery through production deployment. Design, build, integrate, debug, evaluate, and harden agentic systems using LLMs, RAG, tool calling, workflows, and guardrails. Lead technical workshops, proofs of concept, solution scoping, and executive ROI discussions. Measure adoption, containment, accuracy, and cost outcomes; create reusable delivery assets; enable partners; and provide product feedback. The role is customer-embedded and requires sustained on-site presence during engagements.

Own the architecture, development, and operation of scalable data pipelines, distributed data systems, databases, and data products. Define data quality and reliability standards, optimize data models and SQL workloads, build reusable infrastructure, and establish testing, observability, and deployment practices. Partner with engineering, AI, data science, and product teams to deliver reliable data solutions, influence platform strategy, and mentor engineers.

The Solutions Engineer will support direct sales cycles, providing technical expertise and tailored solutions for customers, while collaborating closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams.

Lead partner-focused technical pre-sales: design solutions, run demos/PoCs, enable and certify partner teams, co-create joint offerings, drive partner adoption and regional revenue while capturing feedback for product and GTM.

Work with the Applied AI Engineering team to design and implement integrations, automations, and AI-driven solutions. Assist with coding, SQL queries, basic data analysis, dashboards, and prompt engineering while receiving mentorship and participating in cross-functional communication.

Own end-to-end channel partner lifecycle: recruit and onboard VARs/resellers/SIs, co-develop joint business and channel plans, drive partner KPIs and revenue, enable partners, align with sales, and represent DevRev externally.

Partner with customers to understand industrial workflows, systems, and data. Design end-to-end AI solutions, integrations, automations, and agentic workflows; build tailored demos and proofs of concept; support APIs, webhooks, and data pipelines; contribute to technical proposals and solution architectures; and advise customers on applying DevRev’s AI platform to automotive, manufacturing, renewable energy, and IoT use cases.
