Owner of North American regulatory and financial reporting for new products (including Wise Assets). Partner with Accounting, Compliance, and Controllers to deliver accurate monthly/quarterly/yearly reports, manage audits and exams, enforce financial controls, and scale systems and automated reporting processes. Provide ad-hoc analysis and support cross-functional stakeholders to ensure compliance with local accounting, regulatory, and tax requirements.

Design and deliver a real-time liquidity observability stack and core treasury functions. Build scalable, event-driven systems, implement monitoring and control mechanisms, automate cash investment and risk tooling, and collaborate with product, data scientists and stakeholders to forecast cash flows and optimize liquidity.

Lead regional non-financial risk management for Latam & MEA as an individual contributor: develop and execute regional risk strategy, perform risk assessments, support remediation, advise product teams on risk for launches and changes, monitor regional trends and regulatory developments, implement risk tools and analytics, design controls with business units, and report key risk exposures to senior management and regulators.
