Lead data science for Wise’s cross-border transfer pricing strategy. Design pricing experiments, apply causal inference, model price elasticity and revenue impacts, optimize prices across customer segments, and build automated reporting and data infrastructure. Use machine learning to analyze pricing-related customer contacts, identify customer pain points, and deliver insights to Product, Operations, Finance, Commercial, and senior leadership.

The role requires strong CRM and B2B experience, email design expertise, Figma proficiency, familiarity with email and automation platforms, multilingual design capability, and knowledge of deliverability best practices.

Provides independent, risk-based quality assurance over AML, SAR reporting, fraud, and sanctions cases. Reviews complex and high-risk cases, leads thematic reviews and calibration, coaches QA specialists, resolves escalations, supports audits and regulatory activity, and uses analytics and AI to identify trends, root causes, and control improvements. Partners with operations and control functions to strengthen decision-making, meet quality and productivity targets, and drive continuous improvement.

Build and operate scalable scam prevention and detection systems for Wise’s financial platform. The role is approximately 80% backend and 20% frontend, involving Java/JVM and Spring development, React-based applications, distributed systems, CI/CD, databases, and test-driven development. Engineers will own projects end to end, improve fraud controls, increase automation, protect customer funds, and collaborate with Product, Data Science, and Investigations teams.

Manage internal audit planning and delivery, including risk assessments, continuous monitoring, automated audit routines, governance and control recommendations, and follow-up on remediation. Supervise audit activities, support team development, coordinate internal and external stakeholders, and ensure timely, high-quality outcomes. The role requires expertise in financial crime, assurance, risk management, Australian and New Zealand financial services regulations, and regulated fintech environments.

Owns end-to-end prudential regulatory reporting for capital adequacy and liquidity returns. Reviews reports, analyzes variances and trends, monitors regulatory changes, and provides management insights. Leads reporting infrastructure enhancements, vendor implementations, data mapping, ETL, UAT, system deployments, documentation, and control design while managing cross-functional stakeholders and the reporting team.

Lead internal audit activities, including assurance framework implementation, annual audit planning, risk assessments, audit delivery, and continuous monitoring. Supervise and develop the internal audit team, track remediation of recommendations, evaluate control effectiveness, and build stakeholder relationships. The role requires deep financial crime, risk, governance, regulatory, and assurance expertise across Australian and New Zealand financial services environments.

Lead Wise Platform’s South Asia commercial strategy, pipeline development, revenue growth, and high-stakes sales negotiations with banks, fintechs, and large enterprises. Build and manage a high-performing business development team, partner with product teams on roadmap priorities, and collaborate with marketing, compliance, legal, implementation, and engineering to scale repeatable sales processes and unlock new payment opportunities.
