Own a portfolio of strategic enterprise treasury accounts across EMEA, driving product adoption, retention, satisfaction, renewals, and expansion. Build trusted relationships with treasury and finance executives, run QBRs, analyze customer value, identify churn risks, develop account strategies, promote product adoption, resolve complex issues, advocate for customer needs internally, support events and references, improve Customer Success processes, and mentor teammates.

Owns derivative accounting and hedge accounting for multiple client portfolios under ASC 815 and IFRS 9. Responsibilities include hedge documentation, effectiveness testing, journal entries, disclosures, valuation methodologies, audit support, client communication, and translating new FASB and IASB guidance. The role also strengthens internal accounting methodologies and technical guidance.

Develop strategic partnerships with banks, financial institutions, exchanges, payment providers, enterprises, and crypto companies. Lead complex deals from sourcing through negotiation and implementation, collaborate with product, compliance, legal, finance, and customer success teams, manage partner relationships, and represent Ripple at industry events.

Leads Ripple’s infrastructure engineering organization, overseeing multi-cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes platforms, developer experience, and reliability engineering. Responsibilities include setting technical strategy and roadmaps, driving multi-region resilience, operational excellence, security and compliance, cloud cost efficiency, observability, and infrastructure automation.
