Lead full project lifecycle for metals/steel projects: plan schedules, budgets, and personnel; coordinate engineering, purchasing, QA and finance; manage customer communications, procurement, scope changes, invoicing, inspections, and project closeout. Analyze financials and travel extensively for domestic and international project needs.

Market and sell steelmaking and continuous casting equipment in the NAFTA region. Lead proposal development, cost estimating, technical and metallurgical calculations, and vendor coordination. Program, test, integrate, and commission Level 1 PLC-based control systems for rolling mills (cold and hot strip). Collaborate with Level 2, mechanical, and project teams; perform integration testing, on-site commissioning, customer training, and remote/on-site service while supporting long-term project deployments.

Develop, program, test, and commission Level 1 control systems for hot strip mills. Collaborate with mechanical and Level 2 teams, perform integration testing, support on-site commissioning, train customer personnel, and service systems remotely and on-site. Willingness to travel for extended integration and commissioning assignments is required.

Develop hybrid, process-informed ML models and virtual sensors with process engineers; own end-to-end data science from feature engineering to production deployment, monitoring, and maintenance; engage customers and cross-functional teams for adoption.
