Develop and deploy production machine-learning solutions for steel manufacturing processes. Collaborate with process engineers and metallurgists to build hybrid, physics-informed models, virtual sensors, and data-driven process improvements. Own projects from data analysis and feature engineering through validation, deployment, monitoring, and maintenance. Contribute to big-data architecture, process data warehouses, control-system integration, commissioning, customer training, and onsite support.

Processes technical service orders from customer inquiry through delivery. Prepares requests for quotation, sources parts through approved vendors, tracks customer requests, communicates with customers, and prepares final quotations. Supports end customers and the sales department while interpreting technical drawings, construction materials, and material conversions. Requires strong organization, communication, customer service, and reporting skills. Business travel is approximately 10%.

Produce technical drawings and 3D/2D CAD models to company standards; collaborate with designers and engineers; interface with internal and external stakeholders; follow engineering policies and security measures; perform additional assigned duties.

Lead disassembly, inspection, failure analysis, and refurbishment recommendations for heavy blast furnace equipment. Prepare technical reports, cost estimates, quality documentation, and coordinate with production, purchasing, and suppliers. Perform root cause analysis, final inspections, and support continuous improvement; occasional supplier/customer travel.

Develop, program, test, and commission Level 1 control systems for hot strip mills. Collaborate with mechanical and Level 2 teams, perform integration testing, support on-site commissioning, train customer personnel, and service systems remotely and on-site. Willingness to travel for extended integration and commissioning assignments is required.

Program, test, integrate, and commission Level 1 PLC-based control systems for rolling mills (cold and hot strip). Collaborate with Level 2, mechanical, and project teams; perform integration testing, on-site commissioning, customer training, and remote/on-site service while supporting long-term project deployments.

Program, test, and commission Level 1 control systems for pickle lines and rolling mill equipment. Develop PLC programs, collaborate with project and Level 2 teams, perform integration testing, commission on-site, train customer personnel, and provide remote and on-site service and troubleshooting throughout multi-year project deployments.
