Join a structured, cohort-based internship in the world of metals. You'll own real work inside your department and move through the business as part of a full intern class — finishing the summer by presenting your work to SMS leadership.
The basics
- ~12 weeks, late May 2027 – early August 2027
- Full-time, 40 hours/week, paid hourly
- Pittsburgh, PA (some roles at Oil City & East Pittsburgh)
What You'll Do
- Own a real project in your department, backed by a dedicated Department Lead and a 1:1 mentor.
- Explore the whole company through weekly cross-functional Discovery Sessions with departments like Engineering, Operations, Finance, and Safety.
- Get out of the office for site tours, global networking, and team events.
- Cap the summer by presenting your work to SMS leadership at the August Capstone.
