Develop and maintain structured technical content optimized for human and AI consumption. Manage metadata, taxonomies, search synonyms, prompt libraries, and content governance for generative AI and digital channels. Improve voicebot accuracy through phonetic lexicons and ASR model refinement, analyze user feedback, and provide stakeholder training on AI tools and content practices. The role requires expertise in technical documentation, conversational AI, NLP, knowledge management, and AI-supported content delivery.

Provides executional support for global digital marketing activities, including campaign setup and maintenance, email and marketing automation workflows, website and SEO updates, social and paid media support, sales enablement, quality assurance, and recurring performance reporting. The role follows approved templates, processes, governance standards, and affiliate or business requirements within Roche’s centralized digital operations hub.

Leads cloud financial management and AI cost optimization across AWS, Azure, and GCP. Evaluates FinOps tools, develops financial models for AI workloads, manages accruals and forecasting, implements cloud savings plans, and drives financial governance. Designs automated cost monitoring and reporting systems, leads strategic initiatives, advises technical and finance stakeholders, manages vendors, mentors engineers, and promotes enterprise FinOps practices globally.
