The PositionAbout the Role & Team
As a member of our newly established ERP Make & Asset Management team within Roche Digital Technology (RDT), you will be a vital asset in driving our global operations forward. We are looking for a collaborative expert who doesn't just configure systems, but deeply understands end-to-end (E2E) manufacturing process flows and integration dynamics in a complex, multi-partner environment.
Rather than working in a silo, you will work hand-in-hand with Roche internal teams and global vendors to ensure seamless daily operations and drive continuous business improvements. If you thrive on taking true ownership, connecting the dots across system boundaries, and diving into complex supply chain networks to solve tough challenges, this role is built for you.
Key ResponsibilitiesE2E Solution Delivery & Integration: Work as a key contributor within the Make team to design, deliver, and support ERP capabilities supporting External Manufacturing and collaboration platforms (GEP Nexxe). Drive strong integration logic across internal SAP modules and partner platforms.
Process Flow & Operations Support: Ensure smooth daily operations while supporting the business with new features, integrations, and changing operational needs. Apply a strong "process-first" mindset to ensure end-to-end data integrity across system boundaries.
E2E Ownership & Problem Solving: Take full accountability for complex, cross-system operational and technical challenges. Dig deep into end-to-end process flows to identify root causes and proactively propose sustainable, scalable solutions—even when navigating crowded stakeholder environments.
Stakeholder & Partner Collaboration: Act as a core bridge between Roche internal business teams, RDT cross functional teams and external system provider. Facilitate clear communication, align expectations, and foster strong team dynamics across a multi-player matrix.
Continuous Improvement & Innovation: Continuously evaluate current solutions against business requirements to streamline external partner collaboration, reduce friction, and align with global ERP roadmaps.
Domain Expertise: Solid hands-on experience in SAP ERP / S/4HANA (MM & QM modules). Demonstrated expertise in External Manufacturing and collaboration tools (e.g., SAP Ariba, SNC, E2open, Coupa, or O9 Solutions), with proven experience integrating these tools with S/4HANA using middleware such as Mulesoft, SAP CPI, or Tibco.
End-to-End & Integration Thinking: Strong understanding of E2E manufacturing process flows and key integration points (Procurement, Inventory Management, Quality Control, Supply Chain, and Third-Party System Interfaces via middleware/APIs).
Curious & Analytical Mindset: High analytical capabilities combined with a relentless curiosity to see "the big picture." You are not satisfied with surface-level fixes; you take pride in understanding why a process works and taking the effort to solve complex topics thoroughly.
Self-Driven & Accountable: A self-starter who takes personal ownership of outcomes. Comfortable taking the lead, going the extra mile to get alignment, and navigating ambiguous or high-touch situations involving multiple stakeholders.
Business Process First: Advanced problem-solving skills with a strong process-oriented mindset. You understand business operational impact, not just system configuration.
Global & Collaborative Mindset: Demonstrated experience working effectively across cross-functional, global teams and external vendor environments. Experience in Agile / SAFe framework methodologies is a plus.
Education: University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Informatics, Supply Chain Management, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
The opportunity to be a foundational part of a newly forming, business-critical global RDT team.
A hybrid, flexible working model based out of our state-of-the-art facility in Hyderabad.
A team culture driven by psychological safety, shared success, and continuous learning.
