Support sales and engineering teams by analyzing drilling tool performance, preparing technical reports, participating in customer meetings, collecting field data, assisting troubleshooting, coordinating logistics, and gaining hands-on exposure to rig site operations while learning technical sales.

Lead and scale a global Integrated Sales Solutions organization supporting quotation, order management, sales data, reporting, and commercial operations. Own strategy, operating model, governance, talent, performance metrics, transformation initiatives, and stakeholder alignment to improve sales effectiveness, process quality, customer experience, and business insight.

Lead and coordinate product-line projects from planning through execution, managing schedules, risks, costs, documentation, and stakeholder communication. Support commercial documentation, trials, deployments, and continuous improvement while liaising with customers, suppliers, engineering, operations, supply chain, quality, HSE, and finance.

Design and release positive displacement pump components: create 3D models, 2D manufacturing drawings, assemblies, BOMs, and release documentation. Apply GD&T, support tolerance stack-ups, prototype iterations, manufacturability improvements, and collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, suppliers, and service teams.

Lead crane upgrade and modernization projects from order to delivery. Manage schedules, budgets, documentation, and stakeholder communication. Coordinate with engineering teams and customers, provide technical support during installation and commissioning, and ensure safety and quality throughout the project lifecycle.
