Lead regional Talent Acquisition across MEA and APAC: develop data-driven hiring strategies, manage a distributed TA team, build talent pipelines for technical and leadership roles, oversee end-to-end recruitment, monitor KPIs, strengthen employer brand, ensure compliance and stakeholder partnership across multiple functions and locations.

Provide field and application engineering support for downhole tools and MWD product lines: diagnose drilling dynamics, analyze performance data, deliver technical recommendations, lead investigations, train customers and staff, support product introductions, and collaborate with sales and reliability teams to improve tool performance and customer outcomes.

Manages technical and commercial procurement of goods and services, including vendor sourcing, approvals, quotations, purchase orders, negotiations, delivery coordination, supplier performance, audits, inspections, and cost reduction. Partners with operations, planning, engineering, manufacturing, quality, accounts payable, and global locations to maintain supply-demand balance and resolve procurement issues. Requires knowledge of mechanical manufacturing processes, inventory management, ERP systems, and ISO, API, and ASTM standards.

Develops, enhances, tests, troubleshoots, and sustains customer-facing software applications for connected industrial equipment. Integrates applications with PLCs, databases, cloud services, and third-party systems while collaborating with mechanical, controls, cloud, and product engineering teams. Responsibilities include feature ownership, debugging, releases, documentation, code reviews, customer support, and continuous improvement across the product lifecycle.

Support planning, coordination, execution, and documentation of product and material testing. Compile and check test data, assist in root-cause analysis, coordinate third-party labs, maintain test logs, and support engineering and production teams to ensure tests meet specifications and schedules.

Lead technical efforts to design, build, validate, and deploy industrial AI/ML solutions for predictive maintenance, anomaly detection, fault diagnosis, and RUL prediction. Provide subject-matter consulting, develop scalable data pipelines and MLOps, collaborate with engineering teams, research advanced AI (deep learning, computer vision, LLMs), mentor junior staff, and communicate findings to stakeholders.

Drive revenue by managing and expanding customer accounts through in-person sales visits, preparing bids, coordinating with operations and technical teams, evaluating market and competitor activity, assisting collections, and maintaining industry and product knowledge. Frequent travel and on-call availability required.

Lead LATAM multi-country payroll operations and a team of Payroll Administrators. Ensure accurate, compliant, and timely payroll processing, manage vendor relationships (ADP and external providers), maintain data integrity, oversee reporting and reconciliations, support implementations/migrations, drive process improvements and payroll governance within a global shared services environment.
