Provide technical engineering support for piping and nonmetallic/composite products: review applications, perform calculations, testing, design/drawings, field visits, prepare technical tender packages, and resolve product issues.

Develop and implement ultrasonic and electromagnetic inspection systems and NDE methodologies for tubular goods. Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams, support field operations with scan plans, investigate inspection issues, and communicate technical findings through reports and presentations.

Lead North America completions tools sales strategy, drive revenue and market share, manage sales and account teams, align product and operations, pursue partnerships and acquisitions, oversee budgets and forecasts, and represent the company externally.

Design, develop, and commission electrical and motion-based automation systems for custom industrial machinery. Develop PLC/HMI/motion control programs, specify components, create electrical schematics, integrate multi-axis motion systems, perform testing, troubleshooting, and provide field commissioning and technical support. Mentor junior staff and ensure compliance with safety and engineering standards.

Manage intercompany activities across NOV ledgers, supervise junior staff, support month-end close, reconcile intercompany balances, maintain audit-ready documentation, improve processes, and support internal/external audits.

Develop and deliver product training (onsite and remote), create LMS courses and digital training assets, gather and route product feedback, support MDT products in the field, and coordinate with stakeholders to close training gaps.
