Design, develop, and support electrical systems from concept through production. Create schematics, BOMs, wiring/harness drawings, and V&V test plans. Build prototypes, troubleshoot PCBA and system issues, ensure regulatory/compliance requirements, support manufacturing transfer, perform root-cause analysis, and participate in design reviews and risk assessments.

Drive regional growth for multistage horizontal pump systems (HPS) by supporting sales teams, managing complex B2B sales cycles, building relationships with operators, EPCs and distributors, identifying project opportunities across target markets, providing technical/engineered pumping solutions, coordinating with internal teams, and negotiating high-value contracts. Participate in quoting, system design, application review, and optimization while tracking sales activities and representing NOV at industry events.

Provide technical engineering support for piping and nonmetallic/composite products: review applications, perform calculations, testing, design/drawings, field visits, prepare technical tender packages, and resolve product issues.

Lead and coordinate product-line projects from planning through execution, managing schedules, risks, costs, documentation, and stakeholder communication. Support commercial documentation, trials, deployments, and continuous improvement while liaising with customers, suppliers, engineering, operations, supply chain, quality, HSE, and finance.

Implement and support Zscaler Zero Trust and enterprise network/security solutions across NOV's global environment. Deploy and configure ZIA/ZPA, firewalls, VPNs, routing (BGP/OSPF), VLANs and cloud integrations; provide Tier-2+ troubleshooting, POC/pilot validation, performance tuning, documentation, training, and customer-facing implementation services while contributing to process improvements and product feedback.

Manage and grow client accounts in the Permian region through relationship building, new sales, upselling, negotiation, ESP system design support, forecasting, and cross-functional collaboration. Travel regionally up to 50%.

Lead Wireline and Flowline Equipment sales across assigned countries, drive new business and revenue, manage pipeline/forecasts and CRM records, support tender/RFQ pursuits, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and represent NOV at customer and industry events.

Lead process engineering across tenders and projects, mentor a global team, develop process deliverables (HMB, PFDs, P&IDs), drive feasibility and conceptual design, represent engineering in technical reviews, and ensure deliverables meet scope, budget, schedule, and quality.

Maintain and monitor production systems for availability and performance; lead incident response and postmortems; implement observability, alerting, and automated remediation; optimize distributed systems (AKKA.NET) and PostgreSQL; build CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code.

Drive technical engagement and revenue growth for downhole drilling tool rentals in US land. Lead field deployment and commercialization of emerging drilling technologies, support account strategies, analyze drilling performance, deliver technical presentations and reports, and coordinate with operations and engineering to optimize tool performance and accelerate adoption.
