The Communications and Engagement Lead drives growth for MetLife's voluntary and core benefits, collaborating with sales teams and managing client relationships, training partners, and overseeing enrollment processes.

Entry-level technical role supporting design, deployment, monitoring, and day-to-day operation of enterprise collaboration and voice solutions (Microsoft Teams, Cisco Webex). The Software Engineer will design, develop, and support secure web and backend solutions using Java and modern frameworks, ensuring high performance and security while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Serve as Product Owner for disability reporting and claims migrations to the Catalyst platform. Define requirements, create features/user stories, manage multiple customer migrations, coordinate cross-functional teams, support testing and validation, identify risks, and ensure successful implementation and post-migration outcomes and stakeholder sign-off.
