Leads external manufacturing operations at semiconductor subcontractors, driving operational stability, yield, quality, delivery, cost, continuity, and supplier performance. Manages strategic projects involving operational excellence, value engineering, and quality improvement while coordinating suppliers, customers, business units, and project teams. Responsibilities include floor planning, area optimization, power routing, shielding, physical verification, EM/IR-drop analysis, DFM, tapeout support, debugging DRC/LVS issues, cross-functional collaboration, and developing layout automation scripts.

Develops high-quality analog and mixed-signal layouts for complex power-management IP using deep-submicron CMOS and BCD technologies. Responsibilities include floor planning, area optimization, power routing, shielding, physical verification, ESD and EM/IR-drop analysis, tapeout support, cross-functional collaboration, and layout automation scripting. The role also requires debugging DRC/LVS issues and applying semiconductor manufacturing and DFM knowledge.

Leads external semiconductor manufacturing NPI from product conceptualization through qualification, launch, production ramp, and transition to high-volume manufacturing. Drives assembly readiness with OSAT partners, including process flow and BOM setup, risk mitigation, characterization, qualification, audits, yield improvement, and production safe launch. Coordinates cross-functional internal and external stakeholders, establishes manufacturing best practices, supports package technology roadmaps, and serves as a subject matter expert for package and assembly challenges.

Sustain and improve Color Filter Array semiconductor manufacturing processes across photolithography, wet processing, dry etch, metrology, and defect analysis. Investigate statistical process control issues, drive corrective actions, improve yield, lead cross-functional problem solving, direct experiments and inspections, operate advanced metrology equipment, and document findings. This role works rotating day and night shifts in a compressed schedule.

Leads system architecture and technical strategy for advanced power electronics solutions serving automotive, industrial, and AI data center markets. Defines scalable architectures, requirements, interfaces, and trade-offs across power, control, thermal, cost, and safety constraints. Collaborates with OEMs, Tier 1 partners, and cross-functional hardware, software, systems, product, design, and validation teams. Guides safety compliance, system modeling, simulation, testing, roadmap planning, and engineering team development.

Reports and reconciles fixed assets, prepares monthly account analyses, depreciation tests, and roll-forwards, and maintains subsidiary and general ledgers. Coordinates with controllers and project owners, manages intercompany asset transactions, identifies Oracle system issues, and recommends improvements to fixed-asset business processes.

Develops and qualifies advanced MOCVD processes for wide-bandgap and high-power transistors. Leads projects involving epitaxy performance, process control, wafer characterization, and production qualification, while producing epi wafers for fab programs. Collaborates with process engineering, integration, and device teams to improve wafer attributes, device performance, and yield. Requires hands-on, data-driven process development experience and project leadership.
