Manage national sales quota for HOFFMAN products with key OEM accounts. Cultivate and negotiate with end customers, develop global account relationships and customized solutions, collaborate cross-functionally (R&D, product, marketing, global sales), provide forecasts, identify new business and product opportunities, and support account growth while ensuring regulatory and contractual compliance.

Lead and develop a team of commodity managers to define and execute sourcing strategies for electrical and electronic components. Drive cost optimization, supplier selection and performance management, support NPD and production sourcing decisions, and collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Product Management, and Supply Chain. Perform spend analysis and supply market research, support material cost reduction projects, document and maintain sourcing processes, and act as a subject-matter expert on supply management systems.

Perform accounts receivable tasks including applying bank deposits, collections and collection calls, investigating customer deductions, releasing orders from credit hold, customer communication, and supporting the AR manager.

Own regional strategic and operational sourcing for assigned electrical commodity groups (cable assemblies, power supplies, fans, breakers, PDU). Develop and execute category strategies, manage supplier selection and development, lead international negotiations, drive cost reduction, manage supply risk, support supplier audits, and collaborate closely with Engineering and Operations on technical and cross-functional projects.

Lead full-cycle recruiting—launch searches, source, screen, interview, and select candidates. Build talent pipelines, advise partners on market and talent availability, promote diversity and employer brand, ensure compliance with employment laws, and support HR priorities.

Develop and execute B2B content strategy across formats (brochures, whitepapers, case studies, web, email, social). Partner with technical SMEs for accurate, engaging content; support product launch commercialization, optimize content for SEO, use MarTech and AI tools, track analytics, and collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Sales, and Design.

Lead end-to-end sourcing for new product development: supplier selection, cost modeling, capacity planning, negotiations, supplier performance, and risk management. Drive cross-functional alignment, supplier innovation and lean initiatives, and develop a high-performing NPD supply team while using data and market intelligence to optimize cost, quality, and time-to-market.

The Legal Specialist will support labor compliance, supplier oversight, and corporate governance in Mexico, partnering with internal teams and outside counsel to manage documentation and ensure compliance with regulations.
