Provide HR service support via phone, email, and chat; assist employees and managers with HR systems, forms, benefits; investigate payroll/record issues; propose process improvements; lead and guide junior team members while working autonomously within established procedures.

The role involves designing, implementing, delivering, and maintaining applications using Java and JavaEE technologies. Responsibilities include leading project modules, participating in architectural discussions, and developing software systems and documentation.

The Supervisor will manage a team responsible for training coordination and logistics, update checklists to ensure quality, resolve client issues, and oversee performance reviews and new hire training.

Advise plan participants on benefits, respond to phone and web inquiries, complete transactions, document calls in the case management system, meet accuracy and timeliness/call-center metrics, explain forms, perform callbacks and escalate appropriately, and comply with company policies.

Manage client payroll data (hires, terminations, time), upload/download files with third-party vendor, research and resolve payroll inquiries via Case Management System, perform peer audits, compile payroll reporting and banking files, and support junior team members. Requires adherence to policies and 20 WPM typing.

Supervise and coach a team of training personnel, manage checklists for training logistics, handle client escalations, and oversee performance reviews.

Execute intermediate inbound and outbound sales and marketing activities, identify customer needs and match products/services, provide product and legal information, update customer databases, serve as an escalation point, follow standardized procedures, and support team goals under moderate supervision.

Manage daily global cash reporting and 13-week cash forecasting. Administer Kyriba treasury system, cash concentration, investments, debt borrowings/interest payments, intercompany wires, and FX hedging. Improve treasury controls, review bank fees, support electronic banking administration, evaluate banking products, and coordinate cash repatriation, letters of credit, and business continuity planning.
