Core Responsibilities
- Work with the Corporate Treasury team at Headquarters, the Guatemala shared service center, and the India shared service center to compile/report Conduent’s global cash position each day.
- Partner with Finance to create, update, and refine Conduent’s corporate 13-week cash forecast.
- Become primary expert on Kyriba Treasury Workstation. Ensure account balances and payment details reported by the system are accurate and complete.
- Review cash balances and local cash forecasts in Conduent subsidiaries. Partner closely with local teams to minimize operating cash held in each subsidiary. Work with Tax and Finance on cash repatriation strategies.
- Manage cash concentration structures, including an offshore multi-currency notional pool and ensure all accounts are funded.
- Invest excess cash to optimize yield while minimizing risk.
- Execute revolving credit facility borrowings and repayments.
- Oversee execution of all debt interest payments and intercompany wire transfers.
- Review monthly Foreign Exchange exposure reports from Accounting. Execute foreign exchange spot and hedging trades.
- Enhance Treasury banking controls, continuously review processes to minimize fraud risk.
Additional Responsibilities
- Review bank fees for pricing accuracy and ensure that banks are charging for the correct services, strategies to reduce banking costs.
- Serve as backup Security Administrator for all electronic banking platforms (enable new users, modify access to online banking services, etc).
- Evaluate new banking products and services; recommend enhancements to existing structures, participate in bank RFPs.
- Arrange for business continuity and disaster recovery planning.
- Arrange for letters of credit and bank guarantees.
