Lead and oversee an operations analysis team as liaison to customers and operations leadership. Build customer-focused relationships, develop and present operational strategic plans, manage analyst growth and quality, provide domain expertise, and coordinate approval of recommendations for dashboards, SLAs, procedures, governance, and metrics to drive process and cost improvements.

Provide application support for timekeeping solutions on Windows and SQL, handle incidents and problem resolution, run performance monitoring/optimization, assist users, and communicate with customers and team members while multitasking and adapting to changing priorities.

Design and build Power BI dashboards using complex DAX, analyze large datasets in Excel, automate workflows with Power Automate and Macros, ensure data integrity, collaborate with stakeholders, document processes, and present insights to senior management to optimize operations.
